Thai Yoga Massage

Thai Yoga massage is best for people who want a more active form of massage and want to reduce and relieve pain and stress. It can also help improve flexibility, circulation and energy levels and ground the nervous system. Thai massage works the entire body using a sequence of movements that are similar to yogic stretching that also make use of compression and deep tissue work that allows the muscles not only to be targeted but also manipulated and stretched. You should wear loose, comfortable clothing during this type of massage.

Integrated Massage

Integrated massage is a tabletop massage that utilizes all of my various areas of training. Deep Tissue, trigger point, Thai muscle stretching and compression etc. These techniques are tailored to match the client’s specific needs. It can incorporate specific stretches to break up "holding patterns" that can lock muscles in a prolonged state of injury, tension, and imbalance.

Hot Stone Massage

Hot stones may be added to help improve circulation, increase relaxation and help aide the muscles in loosening up. During a hot stone massage, heated stones are placed on different areas of the body and used as an extension of the practitioner’s hands to massage and work into areas of tension.
